Introducing our new Omkidz Yoga program…
Now your kids can enjoy the benefits of yoga at Sky Fitness! Children ages 5-12 will learn traditional yoga techniques in a fun, playful and simple manner. Have your kids join us for this exciting new program…Where else can your child exercise his or her body, breath and mind while having fun all at the same time? Nanci Dobkin will teach this fun 5 week yoga series. Classes begin the week of February 13th.
Two class offerings split by age group:
- Omkidz Yoga ages 5-8: Meets on Mondays from 4:15-5:00pm
- Omkidz Yoga ages 9-12: Meets on Wednesdays from 4:15-5:00pm

Meet Nanci…
Nanci Dobkin has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. She’s earned a teaching certificate in the Teaching of Science and taught for over 10 years at schools in the area. In 2002 Nanci began teaching kids yoga and has taught at after school programs, health clubs , day care centers and dance studios ever since. She received her certification from YogaWerks in Barrington and has participated in workshops at YogaKids under the instruction of Marsha Wenig. Most recently she received a kids yoga certification from Rainbow Kids Yoga. Nanci’s goal is to make Yoga fun. She loves how practicing Yoga makes kids feel better about themselves and at the same time, releases stress. When she is not teaching or practicing Yoga , Nanci is baking cupcakes as part of her home baking business, taking long walks and playing fetch with her Chocolate Lab Sadie.

5 Week Session: Parent Member Fee $25 | Non-Member Fee $50
Drop-In Rates: Parent Member Fee $7.50 | Non-Member $15
