Sunday: Cardio Boxing HIIT | 8:15am – 9:15am
High Intensity Interval Training that will take you to the bags, to the ground, and all around. Very challenging and VERY FUN!
Monday: Cycle | 9:00am – 10:00am
Spivi® is an innovative, fitness-experience enhancing system that turns the well known indoor cycling sessions into a whole new thrilling, fascinating and motivating experience.
Tuesday: MoveStrong Functional Training | 6:00pm – 7:00pm
Functional training allows an individual to utilize their mechanics in a natural, productive manner. Function focuses on integrating the body together as opposed to isolating muscle groups. Think of the body as one large muscle working as one unit; burning more calories, getting the ultra total body ‘pump,’ and managing time efficiently.
Wednesday: Group Power | 8:30am – 9:30am
This 60 minute barbell program strengthens all your major muscles with simple athletic movements such as squats, lunges, presses, and curls.
Thursday: Bootcamp with Scott on the Basketball Court | 8:30am – 9:15am
A high intensity “bootcamp” inspired class that will get the heart pumping and get every part of you in line and strong!
Friday: Friday Vinyasa Yoga | 5:30pm – 6:30pm
Links breath and movement through Sun Salutations and postures of all types. The smooth, continuous flow deepens breathing, increases endurance, and will test the edge of your balance and flexibility. Letting you feel clear, fit, and peaceful.
Saturday: Ballroom Body | 1:00pm – 1:45pm
Ballroom Body offers an upbeat environment for you to experience an intense workout while having fun! Styles include Mambo, Salsa, Bachata, Rumba, Cha-Cha-Cha, Samba, Jive, and Paso Doble. In this fast-paced group class, you will improve in the following areas: Flexibility, Grace, Posture, & Stamina.
