This month, 25 years ago I joined Sky Fitness (previously Highland Park fitness center located in Buffalo Grove). This is my Happy Hour Place! Sky has everything you could want or need in a fitness center and the management and staff are among the finest!
I spend most of my time in the warm water pool, sauna, and steam room – and the jacuzzi jets are the most powerfully therapeutic I have ever felt! Sky Fitness has truly enhanced my life! When I leave I feel so refreshed and empowered to take on all my worldly duties! I’m looking forward to the next 25 plus years of being HIGH on SKY, my Fitness Friendly Center! It’s my lifeline and it can be yours too!”
