I would like to acknowledge Jordan. I attend her weekly “Move Strong” classes on Monday and Thursday evening as well as her Tuesday evening “Total Body Blast,” class. She does an awesome job of explaining the different activities and providing modification suggestions, if we are unable to perform the skill. Jordan is always upbeat, and she has also helped me on my journey to losing weight and building muscle/toning.
In her “Move Strong,” class, if we get to a station and forget how to do the activity, Jordan is always there to remind us how to perform it or show a modification that we can use, if necessary. With respect to the “Total Body Blast,” class, she does the same and I love how she shares the different activities we will perform, in that section as well as any modification suggestions that we can do, instead.
I’m so happy that I’ve joined Sky Fitness! The staff is welcoming and friendly. I’m looking forward to continuing my journey with Jordan!
