SESSION ONE
Move Your Body Mindfully ~ Slow Flow Yoga Workshop
Friday, November 18, 2016 7:00pm-8:30pm

Why do so many of us rush our way through life? This calming practice will soothe and connect your whole being (and leave you with tools to use at home as well). We will explore a full spectrum practice with pranayama and meditation on the menu… and you can expect live music and soft chanting for savasana. Pamper yourself and get the rest you deserve! Appropriate for all levels.

SESSION TWO
All Levels Acro Yoga Workshop
Saturday, November 19, 2016 1:00pm-2:30pm

Take your yoga practice to new heights as we journey with others into the core center of the body, the source of balance on and off the yoga mat. You will explore technical moves and transitions through acrobatic yoga to prepare you to reach higher levels of strength, communication, playfulness and trust. This includes inversions, backbends, moving transitions and balancing poses with a partner or a small group. Ultimately, you will discover that balance is the result of softening, allowing, and connecting to everything that surrounds you.  Some yoga experience suggested but it’s ok if you are new to acrobatic yoga! Come alone or bring a friend… we will be working in small groups, learning and practicing safe spotting techniques.
Prepare to laugh, smile and try exciting new poses on the ground and in the air!  This is an all levels class… more advanced options will be offered for those who are ready for them.

SESSION THREE
Thai Yoga Bodywork Workshop
Saturday, November 19, 2016 3:00pm-4:30pm

You are welcome to attend alone or bring a friend, family member or significant other to this workshop focused on connecting through the powerful practice of Thai Bodywork.  This practice combines easy to learn massage techniques with restorative/gentle yoga poses, for a FEEL GOOD EXPERIENCE for everyone!  No yoga or massage experience necessary.  Wear comfortable clothes (long sleeves, pants, layers) that you can bend and move in.
Get ready to relax and feel amazing!

SESSION FOUR
Explore & Refine to Fly-Inversions & Arm Balances Workshop
Sunday, November 20, 2016 12:00pm-1:30pm

Deepen your understanding of how to safely approach and practice a variety of yogic inversions and arm balances. If you would like help refining your form, or if you would like to gain more knowledge regarding entry, exit and modification options, then this workshop is for you! Some yoga experience necessary… steps toward more intermediate and advanced variations will be offered so it will be a multi-level workshop, but be prepared to step outside of your comfort zone… safely and playfully!
