I have been so happy with Sky Fitness. I joined this club, after interviewing other health clubs, in the area because of Kole. He is an amazing trainer, which I was looking for. He didn’t give me the “cookie cutter” response like others. He listened, took notes, did a small evaluation, etc. I’ve worked with him for over 6 months and he modifies the plan, ensures I stretch, and more. I’m so happy as he has helped me work on my goal. I don’t often give praise, but needed to. If you are looking for a great trainer, ask for Kole! They also have an amazing staff!
