Aqua Yoga Class description

Aqua yoga is a low-impact aquatic exercise.  Performing yoga poses in the water helps you develop strength and balance.   It will  increase your range of motion with little to no impact on joints.  The warm water environment will allow you to achieve a greater range of motion thus increasing muscle flexibility.

Aqua Yoga is very comforting and nurturing.  It has been linked to decreased stress, heart rate and blood pressure and will give you more confidence and a more positive outlook on life.
