Tabata Cardio & Strength

Intense class for all levels designed to get the whole body involved using body weight and dumbbells. Tabata is 20 seconds of high intensity fat burning exercise utilizing simple athletic movements followed by 10 seconds of rest. 8 rounds followed by 1 minute of rest. Be prepared to be challenged! (This is Cardio)
