Lunches:
  • Open-faced sandwich using all-natural or organic sliced deli turkey or chicken on whole wheat bread layered with avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers and romaine lettuce
  • Almond butter sandwich with sliced bananas sprinkled with flaxseed meal on sprouted bread
