At Sky Fitness, all of our trainers hold a nationally-accredited certification. Most have advanced education and training in fitness or health-related fields. Many have extensive experience in helping clients with medical and orthopedic conditions. Therefore, they have the knowledge to help you accomplish your goals.

Our personal trainers can coach you through proper exercises, so you will see results with minimal risk of injury. We put the “personal” back into personal training. Fitness training is a science, and our trainers use that science to perform assessments, create programs, and implement training techniques specifically for you.
Fat loss and muscle gain:
The most common goal heard by personal trainers is, “How do I lose fat and tone up?” Our personal trainers have the knowledge to create the correct workouts to target that inquiry. Our coaching helps provide the motivation and discipline you need to take your gym experience to the next level.
Everyone has been here before – stuck in an old routine and not seeing results as quickly as you want. Trainers can mix up your workouts to bust through those plateaus and lead you to better results.
Your personal training program starts with an in-depth fitness assessment that helps uncover your unique desires and needs. Our assessment analyzes blood pressure, resting heart rate, body fat composition, strength, endurance, flexibility, posture, and cardiovascular fitness. We even identify movement and stability weaknesses by performing a Functional Movement Screen.
Once your assessment is complete, each trainer will guide you through the best course of action to attain your objectives. You can choose from:
- Private training
- Semi-private training
- Small group training
- Nutritional planning from our on-site nutritionist
