Mat pilates is a great option for beginners. Classes are free for members and mindfully help with core stabilization and muscle control. Many of the exercises emphasize and strengthen the powerhouse and hip muscles, increase spine and hip flexibility, and improve balance.
After about 3 months of consistent mat pilates work, moving on to an advanced mat class or even entering the pilates studio is usually a safe strategy. Our state-of-art studio offers the latest in reformer equipment: cadillac, ladder barrel, wunda chair and the reformer machine. Training is taught in increments of 30 and 60 minutes with either private, semi-private or small groups. Pricing is based on the chosen packages.
