Tuesday | 5:15p | Deep Stretch/Yin Yoga | A class focused on lengthening the muscles and Targeting deep connective tissue by holding poses for longer periods of time; mostly done supine, seated, or with use of props. |
Wednesday | 6:30p | Yin Inspired Yoga | Is a mindful practice that combines Hatha Yoga, and Vinyasa sequencing with some yin postures. |
Thursday | 6:30p | Yoga 1-2 | A heart-centered style which powerfully blends principles of alignment with an uplifting philosophy celebrating the uniqueness of students of multiple levels and experience. |
